Getting started

What is GROWTH?

A personal-growth community app: set goals and habits, check in daily, follow video courses and workbooks, join live group sessions, and share progress with other members.

How do I sign in?

With your mobile number (we send a one-time code over WhatsApp) or with an email and password. On a device you have already verified you can also set a 6-digit PIN or register a passkey for faster sign-in.

I didn't get my WhatsApp code.

Check the number is correct and that WhatsApp is installed and connected. Codes can take a minute. If it still doesn't arrive, try again after a short wait or use email sign-in, then contact support.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 7 days covering goals, habits and daily practices, plus any live sessions or courses we've marked as open to trial members. Full access to the whole library and the community needs approval from our team or a paid membership.

What happens when my trial ends?

Goals and habits become read-only and anything opened for the trial locks again. Nothing is deleted — start a membership and it all comes back.

Membership, payments & refunds

How am I charged?

Payments go through Razorpay. Memberships are billed in advance each period and renew automatically until you cancel. We never see or store your full card or bank details.

How do I cancel my membership?

Profile → Billing → cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Can I get a refund on my membership?

If you cancel within 7 days of your first membership charge and haven't consumed a material amount of paid content, we refund that first charge. This applies once per account. We don't refund the unused part of a period otherwise. Full conditions are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Can I get a refund on a course I bought?

Within of purchase, if you've watched of the course video and haven't downloaded its materials. Beyond that the sale is final, because the content has been delivered.

Using the app

Can I use my own affirmations instead of the default ones?

Yes. Once you create your own, the default deck is hidden for you everywhere — the reader, the Home card and your morning notification all use your own. Open Affirmations → Create my affirmation.

What is the "Last 6 weeks" section on Today?

A bar per week showing how many daily check-ins you logged over your last six weeks, with the current week highlighted. It appears once you have some history.

What does connecting Google Calendar do?

It syncs this week's goal tasks, habits and session RSVPs both ways: they appear as events, and deleting one of those events marks that day skipped in the app. It doesn't read your wider calendar, and nothing in your calendar can create goals or habits. Disconnect any time in Profile → Sign-in & security.

Can I download or share course videos?

No. Courses, PDFs and session recordings are for your personal use only. Sharing, re-uploading or recording them isn't allowed — see the Terms.

Notifications

What notifications can I get, and when?

Morning Affirmation — once a day, at a time you choose (the only one with a set time). Live session reminders — 15 minutes before a session you RSVP'd to. Community mentions & replies — as they happen. Announcements — when the team posts one. Turn each on or off in Profile → Sign-in & security.

Push notifications won't turn on.

On iPhone, add GROWTH to your Home Screen first, then enable notifications. If your browser says notifications are "blocked", turn them back on in your device or browser settings — the app can't ask again once they're blocked.

Your data & privacy

What do you collect, and why?

Account details, what you create in the app, payment status from Razorpay, identity documents where required, and security and diagnostic logs. The full list and the reason for each is in the Privacy Policy.

Why do you ask for identity documents?

To verify who you are where that's required, and to prevent fraud. They're kept in private storage with restricted access.

What is "Devices that remember you"?

Devices where you've signed in fully and can use a PIN. Each shows the browser and operating system and an approximate city from the IP at the time, so you can recognise your own. Remove any you don't recognise.

Do you sell my data?

No.

Use the report option on the post or comment; it reaches moderation with the context attached. For anything urgent, email our Grievance Officer — details on Contact Us.

How do I raise a complaint?

How do I request a refund, and how long does it take?

Email support from your registered email or mobile with your account details, the invoice number (Profile → Billing) and the reason. We review within 5 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method via Razorpay and usually appear within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.

My payment failed but money left my account.

Failed authorisations are usually released by your bank within a few working days without any action. If it hasn't cleared after that, email support with the date, amount and payment reference and we'll trace it with Razorpay.

Where are my invoices? Can I add a GSTIN?

Profile → Billing — every successful payment has a downloadable tax invoice. Add your GSTIN and billing details before purchasing if you need them on the invoice; an issued invoice can't be re-addressed afterwards.

What happens if a renewal payment fails?

Access continues for a short grace period while we retry. If it still fails, paid features lock until a payment succeeds. No charge completes, so there's nothing to refund.

Do prices ever change?

We give at least 30 days' notice before a price change takes effect on your renewal. Continuing after that means you accept the new price.

How do live sessions work?

They run on a third-party meeting platform. RSVP in the app; the join link appears on the session page, and on your calendar if you connected Google Calendar. We send a reminder 15 minutes before.

How do I connect Zoom to GROWTH?

Go to Settings → Security, find the Zoom card, and click "Connect Zoom." You'll be sent to Zoom's sign-in page to authorize access, then redirected back to GROWTH.

How does GROWTH use my Zoom account?

When you're a coach with Zoom connected, GROWTH automatically creates a Zoom meeting (with waiting room enabled) for every session a member books with you, and shares the join link in the booking confirmation. If a booking is cancelled or rescheduled, GROWTH deletes the old meeting automatically.

How do I disconnect Zoom?

Go to Settings → Security and click "Disconnect" on the Zoom card. This revokes GROWTH's access with Zoom and deletes your stored connection immediately.

Can I delete my account?

Yes — Profile → Sign-in & security → Danger zone. We remove or irreversibly anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law, such as tax invoices.
