What GROWTH is

GROWTH is a personal-development community app. It is built around a simple loop: decide what matters to you, turn that into a handful of goals and habits, check in on them daily, and do it alongside other people rather than alone.

In practice that means:

• Goals and habits — pick focus areas across eight life spectrums, set weekly goals with daily tasks, and check in each day. A streak and a weekly review show you what actually happened, not what you meant to happen.
• Daily affirmations — a reading deck you can make entirely your own, with optional ambient soundscapes.
• Courses — video masterclasses with downloadable workbooks.
• Live sessions — scheduled group masterminds you can RSVP to and join.
• The Circle — a members' community for sharing wins and getting encouragement from people doing the same work.

New members get a 7-day trial covering goals, habits and daily practices, plus any sessions or classes we've opened to trial members. Full access comes either from a paid membership or from an approval by our team.

What we believe

• Growth is easier with company. The community is not a feed to scroll; it is a small circle of people who know what you are working on.

What we are not

GROWTH provides education, tools and community. It does not provide medical, psychological, financial or legal advice, and nothing in the app substitutes for a qualified professional. If you are in crisis or need clinical support, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.
